I didn’t receive the order . After waiting 2 weeks for the order when I called the customer care my order has been returned to the warehouse I will request for the refund. No explanation what happened and not sure why they can’t resend the same order to me . Completely disappointed

I’ve been a Monsoon customer for years, I love their clothes. I have had issues placing an order from my ipad, PC and iphone for months, I contacted them many times but no response. This is not the way to treat valued customers.

Monsoon is a great company with quality products at a great price in their sales. The website is pretty straightforward & efficient and contact via their online WhatsApp messaging service works very well with rapid response. Customer Care is very good. Returns without paperwork are easy when following the online instructions. I have given 4 rather than 5 stars only because one cannot exchange a product for a different size/colour; the item has to be returned and then reordered in the size/colour required.

Never received my order 94237371. It was rejected by the collection point twice. I’m unable to find a contact to call or email. Please advise me.
